Lough Gill Distillery is housed on an abandoned factory site behind Hazelwood House in County Sligo, on an 80-acre peninsula surrounded by water. Our team sourced and secured EIIS capital to fund construction of the distillery and provide working capital to lay down whiskey stock. Sold to Sazerac (Paddy Whiskey) in June 2022, the result was a successful exit for promoters, with EIIS investors receiving their forecasted return earlier than expected.

Based in Ireland, Kubicle is an online data analytics and financial modelling training company that sells its software to global corporations, management consultancies, financial institutions, and universities. Our team helped raise funds to refinance its current debt facility and provided additional growth capital to fund expansion.

Headquartered in Dundalk, Farra Marine is a specialised provider of crew transfer and related services to the offshore wind sector in the UK and Europe, and to the wider renewable energy market. Working with their experienced management team, we helped raise capital to fund the expansion of their fleet and continued ramp-up of their operations.
