Conor McKeon

Head of Corporate Finance

Conor has in excess of 20 years’ corporate finance and investment experience. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald Conor worked for Ulster Bank Strategic Investment Group, Dolmen Corporate Finance and Davy Corporate Finance.

With extensive transaction experience, Conor has raised in excess of €500m in capital across various sectors and advised a number of public and private companies in M&A transactions and capital and restructuring solutions.

Conor holds a degree in Economics from UCD and a Diploma in Applied Finance.

Alan Wall

Director Corporate Finance

Alan has over 15 years' experience in Corporate Finance and Private Equity. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Alan worked as Investment Manager for the technology and cleantech VC fund Fourth Level Ventures. Alan is a qualified Chartered Accountant having started his career with PwC in Dublin. He is currently a Director in Corporate Finance with a focus on private capital fundraising for Irish SME’s across a number of sectors including Renewable Energy, Technology and Food & Beverage.

Roisin Lauder

Corporate Finance Analyst

Róisín joined the Corporate Finance team in 2024. She has over 5 years of experience working in a range of analyst roles. Prior to this, Róisín developed an expertise in Fine Arts, dealing with blue-chip art works with a prominent Dublin gallery, and also as an intern with Christies in London. Her finance career began in the AIB Head Office as part of the Business Architecture team. She joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 2022, as a business analyst. Róisín has an BA in Ancient & Medieval History from the University of Dublin (Trinity College) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from Technological University Dublin. She is soon to graduate with an MSc in Financial Services from the Institute of Bankers.
