Conor McKeon

Head of Corporate Finance

Conor has in excess of 20 years’ corporate finance and investment experience. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald Conor worked for Ulster Bank Strategic Investment Group, Dolmen Corporate Finance and Davy Corporate Finance.

With extensive transaction experience, Conor has raised in excess of €500m in capital across various sectors and advised a number of public and private companies in M&A transactions and capital and restructuring solutions.

Conor holds a degree in Economics from UCD and a Diploma in Applied Finance.

David Lawlor

Corporate Finance Director – Real Estate

David has over 16 years experience across the real estate and corporate finance industries. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, David worked as a Director with the O’Flynn Group in Dublin, leading strategy and forward-looking acquisitions.

Before returning to Dublin, David headed up Projects and Corporate Finance for Global Ideas, a HNW family investment office in Abu Dhabi and prior to this, managed the MENA region for a real estate consulting business.

David holds a degree in Engineering BA, BAI, and a diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin as well as a number of executive qualifications from INSEAD.

Cillian Doyle

Associate Director

Cillian has over 11 year’s experience in banking, private equity and real estate. Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Cillian worked as a senior manager with Quintain, where he led portfolio management while also being instrumental in transaction analysis and debt raising across the three landbanks totaling 9,000 units.

Cillian spent over five years with Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds), where he was involved in numerous large scale loan portfolio acquisitions and several successful securitisations.

Prior to these roles, Cillian also held finance positions in IBRC & KBC. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from University College of Estate Management (UK) and a Bachelor of Accounting & Business from TUD, as wells as accreditations from the Institute of Bankers and Harvard Business School.

Andrew Lowe

Associate Director Corporate Finance

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant from PWC in 2012. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Andrew worked on numerous restructuring and advisory projects across a variety of sectors both within PWC as well as Ulster Bank’s Global Restructuring Group, with a particular focus on loan sale and asset sale transactions.

Andrew also holds an MSC in Finance from Smurfit Business School as well as a Bachelor of Business & Law from UCD.
