“We would like to commend Cantor Fitzgerald for the robust Capital Markets Sales process which they ran for Project Castle in 2021. Cantor, along with their colleagues in Newmark Inc. provided clear strategic advice and mobilised their exceptional global network to garner interest and offers from well-capitalised investment groups. Cantor’s team demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and expertise throughout the engagement adding significant value to the process. We look forward to collaborating with them again on future opportunities.”

Pat Crean, Marlet Property Group

“We’d like to acknowledge the excellent equity raise process which Cantor Fitzgerald’s real estate team ran for us on a recent commercial development project in Dublin. Cantor, in conjunction with their Newmark colleagues, took a strategic approach to underwriting the nuances of the deal and were proactive in bringing key investment groups to the table, which included several established international names, as well as others who were new-to-Ireland. Their team’s professionalism and expertise are reinforced by the strength and depth of their global investor network.”
