Cantor Fitzgerald is pleased to confirm the successful close of a €6.75 million fundraise for Lakeside Memorial Park, a new multi-denominational memorial development in Portmarnock, Co. Dublin. The funding will support the full development of the 24-acre site, with completion scheduled for December 2025.

Once complete, Lakeside will offer approximately 11,500 burial plots, comprising traditional graves, cremation plots and columbarium walls. It is being developed with long-term sustainability, dignity and accessibility in mind, providing a high-quality alternative to traditional burial grounds in the Dublin area.

Lakeside will also serve as a public amenity for the local community. The site will include landscaped grounds, walking paths, seating areas and a café, offering space for quiet reflection and community connection.

Pre-sale of plots is already underway, with strong initial interest highlighting the demand for inclusive, thoughtfully designed memorial spaces.
