Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Limited, Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Corporate Finance Limited, L&P Trustee Services Limited (Collectively referred to as “Cantor”) is committed to providing our regulated investment and financial planning services in an accessible manner for all our customers, regardless of their ability or access to technology.
Cantor provides investment, financial planning services, and stewardship services (hereinafter referred to as “the services”). Our regulated investment and financial planning services fall under the definition of consumer banking services as defined in the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023 (SI no 636 of 2023) (hereinafter referred to as the “EAA”)
This statement is prepared in accordance with the EAA and describes how we provide the services in accordance with the accessibility requirements of the EAA. Where there are areas where we cannot comply with the EAA, we have set that out in this statement.
Description of Cantor’s services
A. Our Consumer Banking Services
Cantor provides regulated investment and financial planning services to retail clients. A consumer that wishes to become a client can complete the onboarding process online after receiving a link from their Relationship Manager. Alternatively, a consumer can complete the necessary forms and return them to our offices. The onboarding process generally includes signing up to our terms and conditions, identity verification and may, depending on the service level, include a suitability assessment. Our consumer banking services are set out across the following service levels, each governed by its own client agreement:
1. Discretionary Services
We manage investment portfolios on behalf of clients, based on an agreed mandate and risk level. The provision of this service includes:
- Making sure the service aligns with your financial goals, investment objectives, sustainability preferences and personal tolerance for risk.
- Making investment decisions on your behalf in line with the agreed mandate.
- Providing you with regular updates on the performance of your portfolio.
2. Advisory Services
We offer investment advice based on a client’s knowledge and experience, investment objectives, risk tolerance, financial situation and sustainability preferences. As a client, you ultimately decide if you want to follow the advice. The provision of this service includes:
- Collecting information about your knowledge, experience, attitude to risk, financial situation, objectives and sustainability preferences to ensure that we can provide advice to you.
- Performing pre trade suitability assessments prior to you making a trade.
- Providing non-independent investment advice, on a carefully selected range of securities.
3. Execution-Only Services
Cantor will execute trades at the client’s request without providing any advice. The provision of this service includes:
- Providing access to trade a wide range of standard investments.
- Executing your trade instructions without giving advice.
- Carrying out appropriateness assessments where relevant
- Providing contract notes and trade ensuring that your investments are held securely through our custodian Pershing Securities International Limited (“PSIL”).
- Access to our latest research and insights via our client portal
4. Financial Planning Services
We advise you how to structure your wealth in grow it. This includes:
- Our protection planning service offers you advice and guidance in protecting what’s important to you, with products perfectly aligned to your personal priorities and circumstances.
- Our pensions team will guide you through a full suite of pension products, with unrivalled access to a diverse range of asset classes and investment services
- Preparing personalised financial plans to guide your long-term decisions.
B. Corporate Finance Services
Our Corporate Finance team provides structured investments which have the potential to deliver higher yields compared to traditional market returns for listed investments. These investments are only suitable for experienced investors including individuals, pension funds, corporations and charities and may carry a higher level of risk.
C. Stewardship Services
Cantor provides responsible, appropriate and compliant advice and support to charities including:
- Support in all aspects of corporate governance relating to charitable and not-for-profit organisations
- Resource assessments to help establish a platform for the development of a coherent strategic direction for the organisation plan in an evolving world.
Accessibility of our Website & Client Portal
We are committed to ensuring our digital platforms are accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. To do this we strive to be guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2.
We have enabled AccessiBe on our website. AccessiBe is a web accessibility solution that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help our website become more accessible. AccessiBe AI scans our website, identifies accessibility issues, and makes recommendations to make the website more accessible.
AccessiBe also provides a user interface via the following logo on our website & client portal.
This allows users to create a profile to make further adjustments to our website’s design and functionality to suit their specific needs.
The capability via this interface includes:
- Seizure Safe Profile: This provides for clear flashes and reduces colour
- Vision Impaired Profile: This option enhances the website so that it is accessible to the majority of visual impairments
- ADHD Friendly Profile: This profile significantly reduces distractions to help those of us with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders browse read and focus on the essential elements of the website
- Cognitive Disability Profile: This assists with reading and focusing with assistive features to help those of us with cognitive disabilities such as Autism, Dyslexia, CVA etc
- Keyboard Navigation: This profile allows for motor impaired users to navigate the website using the keyboard Tab, Shift + Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use shortcuts such as M (Menus), and G(“Graphics) to jump to specific elements
- Screen Reader: This profile adjusts the website to be compatible with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, Voice-Over and Talkback that are installed on the person’s computer

Document Accessibility
We are endeavouring to ensure all documentation which is downloadable is optimised. In certain instances, a downloaded document may contain non-accessible content, examples of which are below
- Some images have missing or incomplete descriptions.
- Some titles may be not fully tagged.
- Some text may be difficult to read due to low colour contrast.
- Some tables may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

Non-accessible website and app content
There are exemptions from the accessibility requirements for certain website and app content under the EAA. In particular, the following exemptions apply to certain content on our websites:
- office file formats published before 28 June 2025;
- third-party content that is neither funded, developed by, or under the control of Cantor;
- content of websites and mobile applications qualifying as archives, meaning that they only contain content that is not updated or edited on or after 28 June 2025;
- pre-recorded time-based media published before 28 June 2025.
Service delivery and monitoring
We monitor the delivery of the services referred to in this statement to ensure ongoing compliance with the EAA. This includes:
- Using tools such as accessibe as described above to ensure compliance with the latest WCAG, and being guided by those standards when developing our digital interface with clients
- Ensuring that our services are accessible to all
- Complying with any technical standards that are published by our regulator, the Central Bank of Ireland
