In order to onboard you as a new client, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Complete the application form online.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a link via email to electronically sign the form using Docusign.
- You’ll also receive a text message containing a link to access the HooYu system, where you can securely upload your Anti-Money Laundering documentation.
- Separately, you will receive an email with a link to undertake a short Risk Tolerance Questionnaire which will assist us in recommending the most suitable investments for your portfolio (for Advisory or Discretionary clients only).
Below are some helpful tips to assist in your Onboarding process:
- To verify your login on Docusign, use the last 5 digits of your mobile number.
- Please ensure the phone number and email address provided in your application form are correct. These details will be used to send important links for Docusign and HooYu.
- When uploading your AML documents via HooYu, ensure that you select the appropriate document type, such as Passport when submitting your passport.
- When submitting AML documents via HooYu, ensure that the uploaded bank statement matches the IBAN indicated on the application form and that the utility bill is dated within the last six months.
- While HooYu may validate your identity and documentation, please be aware that all submitted documents must adhere to the criteria outlined in our AML flyer (see below) and therefore you may be required to submit additional documentation after review by the Client Onboarding team.
