Login from Home Page
To access your portal, please click here (link) which will bring you directly to your portal login.

Portal Login
Once you have clicked the link, you will be brought to the following area to enter your login details

Introduction
Prior to your initial login, our Client Services team will issue you with a username and a temporary password. If you have not received these details, please contact the team via phone on 01 633 3800 or email at ireland@cantor.com. When you are logging in for the first time you will be prompted to finish the registration process which will include the following:
1. Confirmation of your email address
2. Receiving the access PIN
3. Creating a new permanent password

Confirmation of Your Verified Email Address
We will ask you to confirm your verified email address for the security of your account. To do so, please enter the verified email address most recently supplied to us. You will need to confirm the email twice, click ‘Save and Send Confirm Email”.

Receiving the Access PIN
In order to complete the email verification, you will receive an email from noreply@cantor.com which will have your 3 digit pin which you will need to input on the portal to continue. This is a one-off request for the initial set up of the account.

Creating a New Password

As a new user who is logging in for the first time, you will need to create a new permanent password.

Password Rules
1. Must contain all of the following:
a) at least one uppercase letter
b) at least one lowercase letter
c) at least one number
d) at least one of the following special characters: ! “ # $ % & ( ) ` * + , - / : ; ? _
2. Must be 8-16 characters in length.
3. Must not contain a repeating set of 3 or more characters, ie. “aa” is allowed, but “aaa” is not.
4. Must not contain spaces.
5. Must not contain the username or reverse of the username.
6. Must not contain any part (first or second) or the reverse of any part of the user’s name that is longer than 3 characters, ie. “Ed” is allowed but “Eddie” is not.

What to do if You Forget Your Password

In the event you forget your password, you will need to answer three security questions which you will set up on your initial login. Please complete these security questions which can be chosen from the drop-down menu.
You will then be able to use the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link on the login screen to reset your password.

An email will be sent to your verified email which will allow you to reset your password. It is important to note that if you enter the incorrect information 3 times or more the account is automatically locked.
If this occurs, please contact our Client Services team who will unlock your account.

Home Page
The home page displays key information about your account in a simple, easy-to-navigate forma

You can view the following by clicking on each tab across the top of your portal:

My Details

The “My Details” page contains your core account details with options to to allow you to view an account summary, current financial information, your knowledge and experience, investment objectives and attitude to risk, research selections and the bank details that you have provided

My Portfolio
On the “My Portfolio” page you can navigate to more detailed lists of relevant data. Each list has an actions menu to allow for grouping, aggregation and change of column selection. These settings can then be saved for later use. Once you have structured the information to suit your needs, you will have the option to download the report as a CSV or HTML file.

My Documents

On the “My Documents” page you can view all correspondence which Cantor Fitzgerald have issued to you regarding your account. Using the expandable folders located on the left you can choose the documents you wish to view by category. Documents received in the last 5 days requiring immediate response will display to the right and will also be located in the relevant folder.

My Transactions

On the “My Transactions” page you can view all historical transactions for your account. All transactions can be filtered to suit your individual reporting needs

My Other Accounts
If you have more than one account, our Client Services team can link these accounts under one login for easier access.

My Preferences

In the “My Preferences” tab you can update your password security questions, change your reset password security questions, change your current password, edit your consent to electronic communication, change your email address and edit your two-factor authentication settings.

Reports Generator
You can generate reports such as account statements and portfolio valuations in Excel and PDF formats.
To use one of the automated statements, please navigate to the “Reports” tab which can be found in the “Home” page in the quick access section, where you can choose from several pre-set reports.

You can choose the account and time period for each report you want to run. You can also choose to view it in the current window or open the report in a separate popup window
