- Macro: Equity markets fluctuated and painted a modestly positive picture at the close yesterday, as the Eurostoxx600, the S&P500 and the Nasdaq each ended in the green, as investors tentatively await Nvidia’s earnings after-hours tonight which will provide an indication of the sustainability of the momentum in AI related stocks. In the day ahead, from an economic standpoint, at 9:00 we have the release of the Eurozone M3 Money supply for July which is expected to have increased by 2.7% YoY, reflecting an acceleration on the 2.2% in June. At noon, MBA mortgage applications will give an indication of the temperature of the US housing marker following a sharp (-10%) decline last week.

- Debt: European bond yields at the longer of the curve continued their August move higher yesterday ahead of the key inflation data on Friday.
