- Macro: US markets rose marginally yesterday with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq up 0.15% and 0.13% respectively. Europe also ended higher with the Stoxx 600 broad index rising 0.46%. The S&P500 rebounded late in the day, recovering from an earlier 2% slide as constructive trade talks and speculation of rate cuts by the Fed lifted markets. Later this morning, we have UK Manufacturing PMI at 09:30, while in the US, Initial Jobless Claims (13:30) are expected to have risen slightly to 223k. US Manufacturing PMI (14:45) and ISM Manufacturing (15:00) numbers will be released.

- Debt: Core bond yields moved lower yesterday across the board following a raft of mixed economic data.
