- Macro: It was a mixed session for equity markets yesterday, as the Eurostoxx600 posted a small loss, whilst the S&P500 and the Nasdaq both made gains, signalling some optimism ahead of the FOMC’s December decision on Wednesday. Later today, the main economic data of note will come of Germany, with the ZEW and IFO surveys for December. We will also have November Retail Sales and Industrial production out of the US. Additionally, Kazimir and Rehm will provide commentary from the ECB.
- Stock: Yesterday, Kerry Co-Op members voted in favour of acquiring 70% of Kerry Group PLC’s Dairy Ireland division. (Comment attached)
- Debt: Core bond yields in the US were unchanged yesterday as we await the FOMC’s December decision tomorrow.
