- Macro: Equities had a positive session yesterday, as the Eurostoxx600, the S&P500, and the Nasdaq each moved higher on the day, as investors appeared to shrug off Trump’s plans to levy a 25% tariff on all steel and aluminium imports. Later today, the main economic datapoint of note comes out of the US, with the release of the January NFIB Small business optimism survey, which is forecast to show a marginal decline relative to December.
