Inspiring Futures: Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland’s Summer Internship Programme
Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland’s Summer Internship Programme offers university students a unique and enriching opportunity to explore the world of finance and professional services. Running annually from late May to the end of August, this structured programme is designed to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of professionals.
Each summer, a select group of interns joins our team for a hands-on experience that blends practical learning, mentorship, and professional development. Interns are immersed in real-world projects, attend interactive workshops, and gain exposure to various departments across the firm. The programme culminates in a final presentation, where interns showcase their work to Cantor Fitzgerald employees, mentors, and invited guests.
What sets our Summer Internship Programme apart is the personalised support and collaborative environment. Interns are assigned dedicated mentors who provide guidance, feedback, and career insights throughout the summer. This close-knit structure fosters meaningful relationships, peer learning, and a strong sense of community.
Beyond technical skills, interns develop essential competencies such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Many participants leave the programme with a renewed sense of confidence, clarity about their career goals, and a valuable network of professional contacts.
At Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, explore new possibilities, and realise their potential—whether in finance or beyond.
