In light of the ongoing coronavirus public health emergency, we want to update you on some changes to our service which took effect from Monday 30th March until further notice.
Please rest assured that these changes should have minimal impact to service and are being implemented to ensure business operations continue to the highest standard, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff.
Client Services Queries
Our phone lines remain open however we would encourage all clients with direct queries to contact our Client Services team by email where possible. Queries should be emailed to Ireland@cantor.com where we will respond back by email or contact you by phone where necessary.
We continue to accept cheques but we would ask that where possible, you make payments via bank transfer (EFT) in place of cheques. Our bank details can be accessed here.
Stock / Share Certificates
We would ask that certificates are only sent in where necessary to avoid potential processing delays.
Finally for the same reasons as above, you may experience a delay in receiving contract notes and other hard copy documentation issued. Please contact your stockbroker or portfolio manager directly for any urgent copies.
Please ensure we have the most up to date email for you at all times. You can access your previous day’s valuations and account documentation at any time on our online document portal.
